Welcome!
The Book
Two points short in 2009. CA(SA) in 2026. Everything in between is this book.
In 2009, Zolile Nomaqhiza walked into Wits University and missed the cut for BAccSci by just 2 points. What followed was 16 years of exams, setbacks, severe eczema, grief, a gap year he called surrender — and finally, in 2026, his CA(SA) designation.
This is not a book about success. It is a book about the spaces between attempts. About what happens when you have no wins to show and no guarantee that the next try will be different. About faith when the numbers don't add up. About discipline when motivation has long since gone.
Relentlessly Disciplined is for everyone who has ever felt like they are the only person in the room still waiting for their breakthrough.
Chapter 1
The day everything started. A closed door that turned out to be a different blueprint.
Chapter 2
Six ITC attempts. Six times the answer was no. What discipline looks like in the silence.
Chapter 3
The year the CTA was passed. The year his father was lost. Both in the same breath.
Chapter 4
2021. Calling it a break. Learning the difference between rest and retreat.
Chapter 5
2023. His daughter was born. Everything changed — not the odds, not the exams. Him.
Chapter 6
APC. December 2025. What it costs to keep getting up. What it means when you finally do.
If you are still in the middle of your journey, still waiting for your breakthrough — this book is proof that you are not behind. You are on schedule.
